We make every effort to deliver services and/or products as per the specifications, timelines, and scope indicated at the time of purchase.

However, if for any reason we are unable to deliver the service or product purchased by you, you may be entitled to a refund, subject to the conditions stated below.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  1. Deficiency in Service or Product

    • If there is a clear, visible deficiency or failure in the service/product provided by AnmolJourney.

  2. No Refund for Change of Mind

    • Refund requests based purely on a change of mind, preference, or circumstances after payment will not be entertained, as there is no fault or defect on the part of AnmolJourney.

  3. After Work Has Been Shared

    • If the work has been completed and shared with you, a refund will not be possible.

    • However, we may allow you to use the paid amount as a credit towards another service of equal or lesser value on AnmolJourney, subject to approval.

  4. Time Limit

    • Refund requests raised 30 (thirty) days after completion of the service/product (as confirmed via email or other communication) will be deemed invalid.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 (fifteen) business days of approval.

  • Refunds will be credited directly to your bank account, and you will be informed via email once the process is initiated.

  • We handle refunds with utmost care to ensure timely return of the eligible amount.
